Call this function initialises the dynamic object by loading the collision object from a file.
This works for collision objects saved with TA::CollisionObjectCombo::Save().
Calling this function has the affect of executing the following code: CollisionObjectCombo* pCollisionObjectCombo = CollisionObjectCombo::CreateNew();
pCollisionObjectCombo->InitialiseFromFile(szFileName);
pDynamicObject->Initialise(pCollisionObjectCombo);
pCollisionObjectCombo->Release();
