what's the scale of TA's coordinate system (in meters preferably)?

Look up units in the docs, all units are disribed.
True Axis is designed around meters and is most strongly tested with objects around the 1m size.

Yeah I read the section about units. I wanted to make sure that 0.0-1.0 equals 1 meter so I scale correctly.
