Call this function when finished setting all the properties of the CarTemplate that need to be set. This function does some necessary post processing.
When creating a new car template, TA::CarTemplate::BeginInitialise must be called before setting any properties and TA::CarTemplate::EndInitialise must be called when done. - Examples:
