Where can I find the global leaderboards?

In Jet Car Stunts WP you can post your score to global leader boards, then view the leaderboards of all your friends. When you are choosing your game mode, Normal Mode is listed as containing global leaderboards, however, you can only view the leaderboards of your friends.

Some users have found this mis-leading, however, it is a limitation of XBox Live on Windows Phone.
