Please check below for answers to the most common support questions. Details on how to contact us for further help are at the bottom.
Refund Policy
Amazon Appstore for Android:
Please check with Amazon for their refund policy and direct any refund requests to Amazon. Amazon does not give us the ability to process refunds.
Google Play:
Please check with google for their refund policy. Apps can be automatically refunded up to 2 hour after purchasing, but there are no automatic refunds for In-App Purchases.
The above information was correct at the time of writing, however, google may change it links or refund policies from time to time, so please check with Google for up to date information.
Although google does give us the ability to give refunds at our own discretion, we will no longer process refunds ourselves due limitations with googles refund system which make it not practical for us to continue doing.

Restore Purchases does not mean refund purchases
The Restore Purchases button will recover all previously made purchases. It does not mean refund. Restoring purchases is helpful when installing onto a new device which is using the same iTunes account, or when purchases have gone missing. This is standard terminology for the App Store.
Transferring Purchases is not supported
We use Google Play to keep track of purchases, and while it is possible to transfer purchases to a new Android device with the same Google Play account, it is unfortunately not possible to transfer purchases from an iTunes account.
Progress lost
When not using iCloud, game progress including unlocked courses are stored locally. We do our best to back the data up and automatically restore in case of corruption, however, in rare cases it still may
be possible for something to go wrong and we cannot guarantee your data. Unfortunately, in this case, we have no way to restore your data.
The game does not animate smoothly
Make sure your device is not in power saving mode.
Closing other applications, or restarting your device may also help.
Changing the following settings in the options menu may also help: Car Reflections, User Level Shader and Framerate.
The car appears black
This issue has been reported on some devices which we do not have access to for testing. Unfortunately, we do not know the cause of this and do not know how to fix it.
Touching the screen with 3 or more fingers causes some touches get stuck
This is a known issue on HTC One devices. It can be fixed by turning off HTC Gestures feature which may be found in the device
Settings under Display, gestures and buttons.
