HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
True Surf uses the information we collect to customize your user experience, including enabling you to compete against your friends on leaderboards. If you self-identify as a child your gameplay experience will be restricted. True Surf does not transfer or store personal data on our servers.
DATA STORAGE AND SERVERS
True Surf connects to the True Axis server for the purpose of delivering live Surfline surf forecasting data that powers the surf conditions in game.
True Axis does not share, sell or distribute any user data to third parties.
DELETE USER DATA
If you would like to delete your personal data, email support@truesurf.com. Note you will be subject to our ability to reasonably verify your identity. Please be prepared to provide us with identifying information such as User ID so we can confirm you are the rightful account holder.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
True Surf recognizes the privacy interest of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. True Surf is not aimed at children under 13 years of age. True Surf does not knowingly collect personable identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If True Surf has actual knowledge that personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age has been collected without appropriate parental consent, then True Surf will take the appropriate steps to delete such information.
